zucchini, grated

egg

sour cream

buttermilk

butter, melted and cooled

all-purpose flour

baking powder

baking soda

salt

dried chives

onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray and set it aside for later.
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, egg, sour cream, buttermilk, and butter. Mix well.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix until just blended - do not overmix.
Pour the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cutting board/plate to slice and serve.
