Take the chocolate chip cookie to a whole new level! The blend of milk and white chocolate chips, along with the sliced almonds, make these cookies unique and delicious.

Ingredients
½cupbutter, cold and cut into small cubes
¼cupsugar
½cupbrown sugar
¼tspvanilla extract
¼tspalmond extract
1¼cupsall-purpose flour
½heaping tspcornstarch
3/8tspsalt
3/8tspbaking soda
⅓heaping cupmilk chocolate chips
⅓heaping cupwhite chocolate chips
½cupsliced almonds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 410° and spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Set the cookie sheet aside.
In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mix the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until they are well blended.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract and mix well.
Next, add the flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking soda. Mix until the dough is just coming together.
Gently mix in the two types of chocolate chips and the almonds, trying not to overmix the dough.
Use a cookie scoop to spoon cookies onto the prepared cookie sheet. Place cookies at least one inch apart, as they will expand while baking.
Bake the cookies for 8 to 9 minutes, or until they are just beginning to turn golden brown on the edges.
