Croissant French Toast Bake
This scrumptious version of French Toast is as easy to make as it is to enjoy!

Ingredients

cocktail croissants

eggs

tbsp
melted butter, cooled
½
tsp
cinnamon
½
cup
sugar
¾
cup
whole milk
¾
cup
heavy cream
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Spray a 3 qt baking dish with nonstick spray.
Break the criossants into small to medium pieces and spread them in the base of the prepared pan. Do not press them down.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, milk, cream, and vanilla. Make sure everything is well combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant pieces.
Cover the baking dish with foil and place it in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
Take the baking dish out of the fridge and preheat the oven to 350°.
Bake covered for 55 minutes, and then uncovered foran additional 5 minutes.
Allow the dish to cool for about 5 minutes before serving with syrup, jam, whipped cream, etc.
