Ingredients
¾cuplight brown sugar, packed
½cupsugar
¾cupunsalted butter, softened
2eggs
1tspbaking soda
½tsp salt
2cupsall-purpose flour
1cuptoffee bits
1cupmini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° and spray a 9x13 pan generously with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, cream the sugars and softened butter.
Add the two eggs, and mix well.
Add the baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until just blended.
Add the toffee bits and chocolate chips, stirring to combine fully.
Spread the blondie mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the blondies are golden brown.
Allow the blondies to cool completely and cut into 32 bars. Enjoy!
